This Privacy Policy explains how StealthForge/ZIDRA FOR CONSULTANCY AND INTEGRATED SERVICES handles electronically processed personal data relating to customers and Website users. It is intended to operate consistently with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 (“PDPL”) and its Executive Regulations issued by Ministerial Decree No. 816 of 2025.
We process personal data only for specified and legitimate purposes and on an applicable lawful basis, which may include consent, performance of the customer’s contract/order, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment or defense of legal rights, or a legitimate interest that does not override the rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Where card or payment credentials are entered directly into a payment provider’s secure environment, StealthForge does not intentionally store complete card numbers, CVV/CVC codes or authentication credentials processed directly by that provider. We may retain transaction identifiers, payment status, amount, refund status and other limited information necessary for order administration and legal recordkeeping.
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements, to service providers that are reasonably necessary to operate the Website and fulfil orders, such as payment processors, banks, delivery/courier providers, hosting and cloud providers, IT/cybersecurity providers, customer-service tools, professional advisers and competent authorities.
Where a third party processes personal data on our behalf, StealthForge will seek to use appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards consistent with applicable Egyptian data-protection requirements.
If personal data is transferred, stored or made accessible outside Egypt, StealthForge will implement the approvals, permits, safeguards or other conditions required by the PDPL and its Executive Regulations before carrying out the relevant cross-border processing.
The Website may use essential cookies required for session, cart, security and checkout functionality, and may use analytics or marketing cookies where lawful. Where consent is required, non-essential cookies should not be activated until the required consent has been obtained. Cookie choices should be capable of being changed or withdrawn where applicable.
Marketing emails, messages or similar electronic communications will be sent only in accordance with applicable Egyptian requirements. Where prior consent is required, it will be obtained before marketing is sent. Marketing communications will identify the sender and provide an accessible method to withdraw consent or opt out of future marketing.
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for applicable legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and compliance obligations. Data that is no longer required will be deleted, anonymized or otherwise handled in accordance with applicable law.
StealthForge applies reasonable technical, organizational and administrative measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. No Internet or electronic-storage method can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
Subject to the PDPL and its Executive Regulations, individuals may have rights concerning their personal data, including rights to know about processing, access data, request correction, request deletion where applicable, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, object or restrict in circumstances provided by law, and submit a complaint to the competent authority.
Requests may be sent to PRIVACY@STEALTHFORGE.SHOP. We may need to verify the requester’s identity and may retain information where required by law or necessary for legal claims, fraud prevention or other lawful purposes.
StealthForge does not intentionally collect children’s personal data in circumstances requiring parental or guardian authorization without applying the legally required controls. If you believe a child’s data has been submitted improperly, contact us at PRIVACY@STEALTHFORGE.SHOP.
