These Terms & Conditions govern access to and purchases made through stealthforge.shop (the “WWW.STEALTHFORGE.SHOP”). The Website operates under the StealthForge brand and is operated by ZIDRA FOR CONSULTANCY AND INTEGRATED SERVICES, an Egyptian business registered under Commercial Registration No. 292777 and Tax Registration / VAT No. 77408259 (the “Supplier”, “StealthForge”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By placing an order, the customer confirms that the information displayed before checkout, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping & Delivery Policy and the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy have been made available for review. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right granted to consumers under Egyptian law.
We will provide clear material information about products offered for sale, including the product name, principal characteristics, available sizes or specifications, price and other information reasonably necessary for the customer to make an informed purchase decision. Where legally relevant, origin, manufacturer/importer information, warnings, use instructions or other mandatory product information will also be displayed.
Product photographs are intended to represent the product faithfully, but minor differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, manufacturing tolerances or product revisions. Such differences do not affect any statutory rights where the delivered product is materially non-conforming.
Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) unless expressly stated otherwise. Before the customer confirms the order, the checkout must show the product price and any applicable taxes, delivery/shipping fees or other charges so that the customer can see the total amount payable before authorizing payment.
Placing an order is an offer by the customer to purchase the selected product(s). After the order is submitted, StealthForge will provide an electronic acknowledgement or order record that can be retained by the customer. The order record should include the key transaction details and the applicable terms or a durable means of accessing them.
StealthForge may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment for a legitimate reason, including product unavailability, obvious pricing or listing error, payment failure, suspected fraud, duplicate transaction, inability to deliver, or a legal/regulatory restriction. If payment has already been captured for an order that StealthForge cancels, the amount due will be refunded through the appropriate payment channel.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by independent payment gateways, banks, card networks or other authorized payment service providers. Customers must provide accurate payment information and must be authorized to use the chosen payment method.
StealthForge may receive transaction references, payment status, amount and limited payment-method information necessary to administer the order. Complete card data and security credentials should be handled by the relevant authorized payment service provider where the checkout is configured that way.
The available delivery areas, shipping charges and estimated delivery timeframe will be disclosed before the order is confirmed. Delivery estimates may be affected by destination, courier operations, public holidays, force majeure or other circumstances outside reasonable control. Mandatory consumer rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.
Consumer cancellation, return, exchange and refund rights are governed by the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy below and by Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its Executive Regulations. Where that law gives the customer a more favorable mandatory right than these Terms, the statutory right applies.
Unless otherwise stated, the StealthForge brand, logos, original graphics, product presentation, website design and original website content are owned by or licensed to StealthForge/ZIDRA FOR CONSULTANCY AND INTEGRATED SERVICES. No intellectual-property right is transferred to a customer by purchasing a product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, StealthForge is not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances beyond its reasonable control or by use of a product contrary to supplied instructions or warnings.
These Terms and purchases through the Website are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Consumers retain the right to use the remedies and complaint channels available under Egyptian law, including the Consumer Protection Agency where applicable.
